Provides administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including maintaining HR records, coordinating onboarding and leaver processes, administering HR systems, supporting payroll and benefits, assisting recruitment, monitoring training, handling routine queries, and maintaining confidential documentation and policies.

The Management Accountant maintains the general ledger, prepares management accounts, supports month-end and year-end close, performs reconciliations and variance analysis, and assists with VAT, tax, audit, and cash-flow reporting. The role partners with operational teams, supports AP, AR, and credit control, maintains financial controls, and contributes to Sage 200 enhancements and an upcoming ERP implementation. It also provides financial insight, supports process improvements, and helps develop junior finance staff.

Sell advertising, branded content, and advertorials across national newspaper print and digital platforms. Develop new business relationships with senior decision-makers, meet monthly sales targets, create presentations and proposals, lead commercially funded digital campaigns, monitor competition and market trends, and identify media monetization opportunities. The role requires strong communication, presentation, organizational, numerical, lead-sourcing, and print media knowledge skills.
