Hands-on EHS Specialist responsible for maintaining safety programs, permits, and regulatory reporting (OSHA, EPA, DOT). Conduct facility inspections, investigate incidents, manage training and documentation, support hazardous materials shipping, and promote safe work practices in a manufacturing facility.

Support daily AR/AP activities for the Urbana facility: process invoices and payments, reconcile accounts, assist collections, audit invoices, prepare month-end and billing reports, and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Lead accounting and finance for the Urbana facility, overseeing month‑end/year‑end close, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting/forecasting, ERP/Hyperion processes, profitability and variance analysis, and partnering with operations to improve financial performance.
