Leads customer implementation projects from scoping through go-live, then owns ongoing operations, performance, SLA achievement, executive customer relationships, risk management, and Kaizen improvements in Japan. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages timelines, budgets, and issues, resolves operational dependencies, represents Japan operations in leadership reviews, and mentors junior staff. Requires business-level Japanese and English, substantial project or operations experience, and regular travel to customer and partner sites.

Leads technical program management and end-to-end customer deployments, ensuring initiatives meet business requirements, budgets, timelines, quality standards, and financial targets. Owns program strategy, requirements, planning, resource allocation, risk management, KPI reporting, and issue resolution. Collaborates with customers, product, sales, account, and technology teams while driving global process improvements, new product introductions, and large-scale deployments. Communicates progress and results to senior leadership and manages cross-functional delivery.

Manage SOC 1, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 compliance programs, including internal and external audits, control enforcement, corrective actions, and policy updates. Monitor security alerts, support incident investigations, coordinate penetration testing, and administer password and phishing management systems. Lead security awareness initiatives, advise stakeholders, collaborate with Legal on encryption regulations, and drive continuous improvements to the organization’s information security posture.
