Manages HR operations staff and departmental workflows across a community health center. Oversees recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, benefits, offboarding, HRIS records, employee relations, performance processes, labor relations, and regulatory compliance. Partners with senior leaders on retention, professional development, productivity, and quality-of-care outcomes.

Provides first- and second-level IT support across APICHA facilities, resolving hardware, software, printer, operating system, network, application, and account issues. Manages support tickets, IT inventory, user accounts, and computer deployment. Coordinates with vendors, supports healthcare staff, and travels between locations as needed. The role also develops basic data reporting skills using SQL Manager and Excel while maintaining security, privacy, communication, and customer service standards.

The Senior Accountant manages purchasing, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet schedules, program budgets, contracts, grants, payroll updates, insurance records, and compliance reporting. The role supports monthly close, account analysis, banking activities, vendor inquiries, financial system monitoring, and the Controller’s Finance Department responsibilities.
