Supports JAG’s marketing manager by planning and creating social content, managing influencer and community relationships, producing short-form video, coordinating product samples and campaign assets, supporting photoshoots and events, maintaining the marketing planner, and tracking campaign and social performance. The role ensures brand consistency across digital channels and assists with paid social, retail activations, PR initiatives, and content optimization.

Supports the Planning team by analyzing sales, margin, inventory, and product performance; forecasting demand; managing stock levels, allocations, replenishment, orders, delivery schedules, and markdowns. Produces reports, calculates sizing ratios, develops exit strategies for slow-moving products, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to optimize store and online availability.

Supports HR administration and the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, contracts, HRIS data, policy maintenance, performance reviews, employee engagement, reporting, and compliance. Coordinates return-to-work processes and workers compensation claims for retail employees while serving as a first point of contact for HR queries. Partners with retail management, agencies, insurers, and rehabilitation providers to deliver an effective employee experience.
