Senior Front-End React developer responsible for building accessible, high-quality UI using React/Redux and TypeScript/ES6, integrating APIs, creating HOCs, writing unit tests, debugging production issues, and collaborating with teams.

Serve as front-desk receptionist handling guest check-in/out, mail and package processing, meeting scheduling and logistics, vendor coordination, office supplies and facilities requests, and administrative support (data entry, filing). Support project leadership logistics and maintain confidentiality, with experience supporting large public-sector front-desk operations.

Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, chat, or in person. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, document interactions, escalate complex problems, and follow up to ensure resolution while delivering strong customer service and communication.

Provide on-premises and cloud systems support for Linux and Windows servers, workstations, Hyper-V clusters, networks, and development toolchains. Perform backups/recovery, troubleshooting, user provisioning, inventory audits, documentation, and participate in rotating 24/7 on-call support while coordinating upgrades and collaborating with internal and client teams.
