Manages post-sale customer relationships for APEX procurement and supplier-management software. Serves as a solution subject matter expert, drives adoption, satisfaction, retention, and account expansion, and leads executive business reviews, success planning, demos, and cross-functional technical alignment. Builds relationships from administrative teams through C-level executives, identifies upsell opportunities, advocates for customer needs internally, and ensures clients achieve measurable value from the solutions.

Manage and grow an assigned enterprise SaaS customer portfolio through renewals, upsells, consultative solution sales, and account planning. Build relationships with executive stakeholders, identify P2P and third-party risk opportunities, lead complex negotiations, prepare RFP responses, maintain forecasts and sales activity records, and collaborate with legal, finance, account, and project teams. The role requires enterprise software sales experience, strong communication skills, and travel.
