Manage Salesforce, HubSpot, and Claude integrations, performance reporting, LLM visibility monitoring, AI search insights, and content recommendations.

Leads the Noida Global Capability Center and global engineering infrastructure organization. Responsibilities include building and scaling engineering teams, setting private-cloud and Kubernetes platform strategy, directing datacenter and network investments, governing reliability, cost, disaster recovery, software delivery, data-platform migration, and AI-assisted engineering adoption. The role partners with executive leadership, security, product, and People Solutions; reports operational and financial performance; owns major incident escalation; and establishes robust backup, high availability, succession, governance, and evidence-based reporting.
