Design, implement, and scale build, release, and packaging systems. Improve CI/CD pipelines and Bazel infrastructure, collaborate with C++ product teams and European defense customers, deploy and support Apex.OS-based solutions, and contribute platform improvements back to the core product.

Lead and operate global IT and information security functions: own cloud and on-prem infrastructure, endpoint and network management, IAM/MDM, VPN, EDR, backups, monitoring, and IT service delivery. Maintain ISMS compliant with ISO27001/TISAX, handle audits and incident response, define IT/infosec roadmap, manage vendors, and support business applications while enabling secure collaboration with engineering and DevOps.

Lead technically complex defense and public-sector software projects from initiation through iterative delivery. Define and refine scope, translate operational needs into technical work packages, coordinate internal teams and external partners, manage schedules, budgets, risks and contractual commitments, and represent the company in customer reviews and steering committees. Support NATO, Bundeswehr and allied programs and travel regularly within Europe.
