Lead the design, development, and delivery of spacecraft structural systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams and performing extensive structural analysis and testing.

Lead and manage the companyexport compliance program ensuring adherence to EAR, ITAR, OFAC and other trade rules. Prepare and submit licenses (DSPs, TAAs, BIS), conduct classification and jurisdiction analyses, liaise with government agencies, run internal audits, train staff, maintain license databases, screen restricted parties, and support cross-functional teams on compliance and corrective actions.

Manage end-to-end payroll for a multi-state (potentially international) workforce: process regular and variable pay, ensure compliance (especially California), build controls, reconciliations, reporting, partner with People, Accounting, and Finance, support audits and year-end activities, and serve as the internal payroll SME.
