Lead and manage the procurement organization and global supply managers to drive sourcing strategy, supplier selection, negotiations, PO execution, supplier performance, cost reduction, and production ramp support while ensuring ITAR/FAR compliance and ERP data integrity.

Develop and qualify manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and production systems for high-rate spacecraft assembly. Optimize throughput, yield, quality, and cycle time across propulsion, avionics, and structural systems. Lead hardware transitions from development to production, support design for manufacturability, troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions. The role also supports factory scaling, process automation, inspection, and manufacturing system development.

Interns will design, prototype, build, and test spacecraft sensor systems. Responsibilities include mechatronic system development, hands-on work with space hardware and ground support equipment, manufacturing and process automation, and learning satellite sensor operation. Interns will complete an impactful engineering project with mentorship and collaborate with broader engineering teams in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
