Drive Apex’s growth in US Government markets by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with government prime contractors. Own full-cycle deal execution, account strategies, win plans, pipeline development, forecasting, CRM hygiene, customer relationships, and new business bookings. Provide market feedback on product, pricing, and competitive positioning while representing the company at industry events and customer meetings. The role requires deep knowledge of satellite markets, government acquisition processes, and prime/subcontractor dynamics.

Owns purchasing and sourcing of direct spacecraft materials, including supplier strategy, negotiations, contracts, spend management, cost reduction, and material flow. The role manages supplier relationships, logistics, inventory, delivery performance, and continuous improvement while partnering with production, engineering, program management, and leadership. It requires strong analytical, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, plus willingness to travel for site visits and customer engagements.

Ensures spacecraft hardware quality across design, manufacturing, testing, and delivery. Leads QMS documentation, inspections, validation, audits, quality metrics, risk management, supplier performance, CAPA, and RCCA initiatives. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply chain, and leadership teams to resolve quality issues, improve processes, and maintain compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and applicable space industry standards.
