Lead Apex’s talent acquisition function, including a recruiting team of approximately 10, hiring strategy, workforce planning, recruiting metrics, systems, executive searches, and long-term university, trade-school, and industry partnerships. The role requires high-volume hiring leadership, executive presence, people analytics fluency, modern ATS experience, and the ability to recruit technical, aerospace, manufacturing, and skilled-trade talent while meeting ITAR and U.S. person requirements.

Design, implement, administer, and optimize IT infrastructure across systems, servers, endpoints, networks, and cloud platforms. Manage Windows, macOS, mobile, and Linux environments; configure networking, firewalls, VPNs, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and AWS GovCloud. Develop PowerShell, Bash, and Python automation, provide Tier 3 support, document infrastructure, and lead technical projects. The role is full-time onsite in Playa Vista, Los Angeles.

Supervise full-cycle accounts payable and receivable operations, including billing, collections, vendor onboarding, invoicing, aging monitoring, and payment processing. Support revenue recognition under ASC 606, month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, contract accounting, internal controls, and audit preparation. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, automate workflows, and train future AP/AR analysts in a scaling aerospace manufacturing environment.
