Oversee regional accounting operations, including financial reporting, general ledger management, month-end close, reconciliations, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and AP/AR. Lead and develop accounting staff, support budgeting and forecasting, analyze financial data, and communicate insights to senior management. Ensure GAAP compliance and improve processes across a multi-entity operating environment.

Execute email and SMS campaigns across customer lifecycle programs using Blueshift and related CRM tools. Responsibilities include template and HTML programming, segmentation, asset coordination, QA, render testing, scheduling, campaign calendar management, and performance analysis. The role partners with CRM and business teams to develop on-brand campaigns, optimize customer journeys, and improve marketing performance through technology, testing, and best practices.

Supports community engagement through nonprofit and business partnerships, sponsorships, volunteer initiatives, local events, and outreach programs. Assists with event coordination, social media content gathering, success stories, recordkeeping, engagement tracking, and community impact reporting while representing the company professionally at networking and community functions.
