This hands-on manager supports the team during busy periods, leads by example, and drives operational targets.

Lead IT infrastructure, cloud, and security operations to ensure availability, scalability, and business continuity. Develop and execute cybersecurity strategy, manage incident response, security controls, and compliance. Oversee cloud/on-prem environments, disaster recovery, IT operations, vendor contracts, budgets, and mentor the infrastructure and security team.

Provide professional haircuts, styling, color and chemical treatments, scalp and hair therapies, client consultations, and promote retail products while maintaining sanitized workstations and delivering excellent customer service.
