Provide professional haircuts, styling, color and chemical treatments, scalp and hair therapies, client consultations, and promote retail products while maintaining sanitized workstations and delivering excellent customer service.

Design and maintain luxury chocolate displays and bespoke gift arrangements for walk-in and VIP customers. Manage thematic seasonal styling, inspect product quality and inventory, assist customers with custom gifting, and follow strict hygiene and food-safety standards. Coordinate packaging materials and work under peak seasonal pressure.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals. Provide Level 1/2 support, deploy devices, install OS/drivers, manage asset inventory, document repairs, assist with office moves and AV, escalate complex issues, and ensure compliance with IT policies and SLAs.
