Lead controllership for operations in Sweden, Denmark, and the Netherlands. Responsibilities include month-end and year-end close, consolidated financial reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis, external audits, IFRS policy development, internal controls, statutory compliance, technical accounting, finance transformation, ERP initiatives, and business partnering. The role also mentors direct reports and supports accounting system and process integration across international shared service teams.

Prepares NAV reporting packs and periodic financial statements for private equity and hedge funds, coordinates timely audits with external auditors, supports transfer agency transactions, and manages client relationships, inquiries, and meetings. The role requires accurate, organized work under tight deadlines, strong communication, teamwork, and approximately two years of accounting experience, preferably in fund administration.

Supervise fund accounting teams, oversee NAV calculations and client take-ons, review investor transactions and fund wires, prepare GAAP/IFRS financial statements, manage deadlines and filings, train staff, and serve as the primary client contact. The role also handles audit, tax, compliance, AML/KYC, board-minute, and process-improvement activities while coordinating information between management, staff, and clients.
