Teams at Apex Group

Serve as AMLCO/MLRO/DMLRO for client entities in the Cayman Islands. Ensure AML/CFT compliance, develop policies, perform risk assessments, monitoring, testing and SAR filings, liaise with regulators, advise Boards, and embed compliance culture.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, client-facing programmes (transitions, remediation, onboarding or service enhancements). Translate senior intent into executable plans, coordinate project managers and workstreams, manage risks, dependencies and resourcing, maintain stakeholder and client confidence, apply pragmatic governance and delivery methodologies, and ensure outcomes and lessons learned are captured.

Provide operational tax support for FATCA and CRS: validate IRS/self-certification forms, identify reportable clients, liaise with clients/RMs, submit reports, support audits, drive process improvements and RPA initiatives.
