Requires travel, occasional extended hours, and active participation in professional organizations.

Lead and manage engineering teams on municipal projects from planning through construction. Provide design, specifications, cost opinions, construction administration, client communication, project and construction management, business development, and mentoring.

Provide civil engineering services for municipal projects from planning through design and construction. Prepare plans, specifications, reports, and cost opinions; perform construction observation as resident project representative; communicate with project teams and clients; follow CADD procedures and company safety policies; participate in business development and professional organizations; may travel and work overtime during construction season.
