Leads and grows municipal engineering services across the Central Minnesota market. Responsibilities include strategic planning, revenue development, client and partnership management, project oversight, budgeting, business development, recruiting, mentoring project managers, proposal support, and municipal infrastructure engineering services. The role requires professional licensure, extensive civil and municipal engineering experience, travel, public engagement, and collaboration with company and sector leadership.

Supports GIS projects through spatial data analysis, advanced cartographic map development, web GIS configuration, automation, data integration, quality control, and process documentation. Works with ArcGIS tools, CAD data, relational databases, programming languages, and high-accuracy GPS data. Collaborates with internal and external clients on land development, public works, planning, engineering, environmental, and transportation projects. Regional travel and office or onsite work may be required.
