Manage teams delivering municipal engineering projects from planning through design and construction. Lead project management, design/specifications, construction administration, client communication, business development, and mentor staff. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, prepare proposals, and perform construction observation with occasional travel.

Lead and manage water/wastewater engineering projects from planning through construction, supervising and mentoring staff, preparing designs, specifications, proposals, and overseeing construction administration and client communication. Participate in business development and collaborate with multi-discipline teams.

Lead and manage transportation engineering projects from planning through construction, including design, specifications, reports, construction observation, project management, business development, and mentoring technicians and engineers. Serve clients (city, county, MnDOT), prepare proposals, attend meetings, and ensure project compliance and safety. Travel and occasional site visits required.
