The Product Growth role focuses on enhancing onboarding, activation, conversion, and retention strategies for apps, driving user engagement and optimizing growth metrics through structured experimentation and collaboration with clients.

As the primary engineer for Aperture OS, you will own the full codebase, drive feature development, manage API and AI integrations, and ensure security and scalability in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.

Manage client partnerships by building trusted relationships, identifying growth opportunities, scoping projects, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Drive operational improvement, adoption of Aperture OS and AI workflows, support proposals and content, and contribute to new business and partnership initiatives.
