Supports daily office operations through clerical administration, visitor reception, mail and package handling, supply inventory, facilities coordination, catering, events, purchasing records, and onboarding logistics. Maintains organized shared spaces, tracks service requests, supports vendors, and follows confidentiality and safety procedures.
