Act as customer advocate, align engineering and commercial teams, define hardware requirements, improve deployment reliability and operator experience, own packaging/pricing/launch, and track AI/vision advances to bring new capabilities to market.

Produce engaging videos and visual content demonstrating robotics applications, supporting marketing campaigns, and aiding sales teams by showcasing customer success stories and product demos.

Design, build, and maintain platform software in Python and C++ to automate deployment, provisioning, upgrades, and backups for distributed robotic systems. Integrate cameras, NVIDIA GPUs, robot controllers, and network devices in Dockerized environments. Configure Ubuntu systems (autoinstall, cloud-init, image management), implement CI/CD and automation frameworks, develop health checks and upgrade workflows, and collaborate with robotics, vision, and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, reliable factory deployments.
