Administer ADP HRIS and payroll systems, maintain employee and organizational data, configure workflows, manage access, support implementations, and produce workforce reports. Process and audit multi-state payroll, administer benefits and enrollment, reconcile deductions and invoices, support compliance reporting, and resolve employee and manager inquiries. Partner with HR, Finance, IT, ADP, carriers, and vendors on integrations, system improvements, documentation, training, and controls.

As Project Lead, oversee architectural design projects, mentor junior staff, collaborate on project execution, and ensure compliance with regulations, while managing schedules and budgets.

As a Project Designer, you will create architectural designs and drawings, collaborate with clients, manage design projects, and mentor interns, focusing on retail design.

The role involves leading architectural projects, managing teams, creating designs, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Emphasis is on retail design and project execution from conceptualization to completion.

Provide strategic and technical leadership for the MEP practice, ensuring high-quality project delivery, financial performance, staff development, business development, cross-discipline collaboration, and adoption of BIM and other technologies. Oversee standards, QA/QC, resource forecasting, KPIs, proposals, client relationships, and departmental strategy while mentoring and recruiting engineering staff.

Support Finance with monthly closings and analysis, vendor and client invoicing, business credit card processing, project and employee metric reporting, assist with corporate budgeting, and perform other tasks assigned by owners, CFO, and Finance Manager.
