Onboard and configure new dealer and agent accounts: set up system access, configure programs/rates/commissions, validate documentation, maintain records, resolve inquiries, and support process improvements and cross-functional projects.

Prepare recurring and ad-hoc risk and claims reports; evaluate escalated dealer accounts for underwriting; assess coverage exceptions and labor rate change requests; perform product rate analysis and support reinsurance reporting and business reviews to inform risk management.

Manage and grow a regional RV and powersports dealer network by developing new partnerships, supporting and training dealer staff, conducting in-person visits, analyzing performance, executing regional action plans, and maintaining accurate pipeline and activity records to drive retention and sales growth.

Design, operate, and secure an identity-driven, cloud-aligned enterprise network across Azure, Meraki, on-prem, and SaaS. Lead hybrid identity (AD/Entra/Okta), Conditional Access, Zero Trust, IaC automation (Terraform/Bicep/ARM), connectivity (ExpressRoute/SD-WAN/VPN), observability, resiliency, and governance to deliver scalable, automated, and highly available connectivity.

Support reinsurance financial reporting, reconcile statements, maintain accounting processes, build dashboards, analyze data to identify trends and risks, coordinate with insurers/reinsurers, and provide ad hoc and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.

Administer and optimize financial systems (Dynamics 365 and future NetSuite), manage configuration, security, user access, integrations, and data migrations. Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate requirements, build workflows, dashboards, and automations. Troubleshoot system issues, maintain data integrity, support reporting, provide user training, and document configurations and governance processes to improve scalability and financial accuracy.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data integration solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory. Lead logical and physical data modeling, create data marts and operational stores, ensure data quality and governance, optimize ETL performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into enterprise data solutions.

Analyze production and loss experience, support pricing and rate recommendations, apply actuarial methods to identify risk drivers, prepare pricing and reserve analyses, support financial projections, and coordinate implementation and testing of actuarial systems and processes.

Coordinate marketing operations, manage project timelines and documentation, support event logistics and production, handle vendor and budget tracking, assist internal communications and company store administration, and support process improvements to keep campaigns and events running smoothly.

Lead Azure FinOps and cloud optimization across infrastructure and Databricks, implementing IaC (Terraform/Bicep), governance, automated cost estimation/remediation, reporting (Power BI), and resilient, cost-effective platform architectures.
