Lead the Lister engineering domain end-to-end: set roadmap and technical vision across three pods, ensure partner data quality and system reliability, develop team leads and engineers, drive architecture and code review, manage incident/on-call processes, and partner with Product, Design, Analytics, and Partner Success to translate ambiguous partner needs into scoped engineering work.

Lead new business growth in a Southeast territory through high-volume outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales. Build pipeline, run discovery and demos (including AI leasing solutions), negotiate and close deals, maintain forecasting in Salesforce/Gong, and coordinate onboarding with cross-functional teams. Requires regional travel and collaboration with Solutions, Account Management, and Marketing.

Own and close net-new business in an assigned territory through high-volume outbound calling and emailing. Run full-cycle deals remotely (prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, close), maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce/Gong, educate partners on product, and assist with account implementation after close. Requires coachability, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 20%.
