Lead and grow Apartment Life programs across Central and Pacific time zones: hire and coach coordinators, ensure excellent program launches, monitor performance, manage client relationships, and support transitions while modeling organizational values.

Coordinate events and programs across multiple apartment communities, planning logistics, marketing, volunteer coordination, and budgets. Build resident relationships, track participation, complete basic reporting, and provide a consistent, caring presence. Work evenings and weekends as needed and travel locally within the Nashville metro area.
