Responsibilities include project planning, budget and profitability management, scope control, delivery governance, risk management, senior stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with technical and product teams. The role also promotes AI-enabled delivery tools, continuous improvement, and mentoring of Project Managers.

Own the end-to-end cloud data platform, including ingestion pipelines, data warehousing, semantic models, governed reporting, and quality controls. Establish Git, CI/CD, testing, environment management, and data modeling standards. Lead Agile delivery, manage the backlog, automate workflows, and line-manage and mentor three engineers. Translate operational, clinical, and commercial needs into technical roadmaps and scalable data products.

Designs end-to-end architectures across backend, cloud, and mobile systems; establishes architecture standards, patterns, documentation, and security practices. Leads technical client conversations, pre-sales, bids, and pitches; translates business needs into solution roadmaps. Governs architecture quality, resolves complex dependencies, mentors engineers, conducts reviews, and supports high-risk initiatives while evolving the organization’s architecture practice.
