Management Accountant supporting the UK Head of Finance with monthly forecasting, variance analysis, management accounts, board reporting, consolidated balance sheet activities, budgeting, audits, and ERP implementation. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with hands-on management accounts experience and part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA status.

Designs end-to-end architectures across backend, cloud, and mobile systems; establishes architecture standards, patterns, documentation, and security practices. Leads technical client conversations, pre-sales, bids, and pitches; translates business needs into solution roadmaps. Governs architecture quality, resolves complex dependencies, mentors engineers, conducts reviews, and supports high-risk initiatives while evolving the organization’s architecture practice.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects and system integrations. Define scope and estimates, manage budgets and invoicing, track risks and dependencies, oversee change requests, staff projects appropriately, and apply agile best practices using Jira, Confluence, and Certinia to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
