Senior technical leader responsible for architecting and delivering scalable, secure, cloud-native AI/ML solutions (LLMs, RAG, agentic systems). Sets technical vision, writes production code, mentors engineers, establishes MLOps/DevOps standards, and aligns platform strategy with product and business goals while promoting responsible AI and open-source practices.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native data platforms using Databricks and modern Lakehouse patterns. Build ETL/ELT pipelines in Python and SQL, establish CI/CD and IaC, champion data governance and quality, mentor engineering teams, and partner with stakeholders to drive platform modernization and migrations.

Design and lead enterprise Azure AI and data platforms. Create architecture diagrams, reference architectures, and implementation roadmaps; guide engineering teams; review code, pipelines, infrastructure, and deployments; translate business requirements into cloud-native AI and data solutions; evaluate technologies and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
