Leads the architecture, delivery, and technical strategy of scalable AI and cloud-native solutions. Defines AI/ML platforms, LLM applications, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and model lifecycle practices. Provides hands-on coding and architectural leadership while establishing DevOps, SRE, MLOps, security, observability, and responsible AI standards. Mentors senior engineers, influences cross-functional stakeholders, evaluates open-source technologies, and aligns engineering strategy with product and customer outcomes.

Provides strategic and solution architecture leadership for large-scale digital transformation programs. Responsibilities include architecture assessments, solution documentation, integration and interoperability design, technical roadmaps, governance materials, ADRs, executive stakeholder engagement, and guidance on microservices, containerization, cloud, and full-stack delivery across complex public-sector environments.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native data platforms using Databricks and modern Lakehouse patterns. Build ETL/ELT pipelines in Python and SQL, establish CI/CD and IaC, champion data governance and quality, mentor engineering teams, and partner with stakeholders to drive platform modernization and migrations.
