Analyze regulatory and organizational compliance requirements, conduct risk assessments and audits, prepare compliance documentation, monitor regulatory developments, and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, controls, and governance frameworks. Collaborate with management, product teams, engineers, auditors, and other stakeholders to embed compliance into business processes and technology solutions while supporting Canadian, U.S., and international regulatory alignment.

Leads the architecture, delivery, and technical strategy of scalable AI and cloud-native solutions. Defines AI/ML platforms, LLM applications, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and model lifecycle practices. Provides hands-on coding and architectural leadership while establishing DevOps, SRE, MLOps, security, observability, and responsible AI standards. Mentors senior engineers, influences cross-functional stakeholders, evaluates open-source technologies, and aligns engineering strategy with product and customer outcomes.

Provides strategic and solution architecture leadership for large-scale digital transformation programs. Responsibilities include architecture assessments, solution documentation, integration and interoperability design, technical roadmaps, governance materials, ADRs, executive stakeholder engagement, and guidance on microservices, containerization, cloud, and full-stack delivery across complex public-sector environments.
