Answer inbound calls and handle live chats for clients’ businesses from home. Responsibilities include capturing leads, taking orders, scheduling appointments, sending messages, handling relay and legal intake calls, and making outbound calls when needed. Associates work in a fast-paced environment, meet quality and productivity targets, complete training, maintain reliable attendance, and use their own computer and internet connection.
