Lead a global performance marketing team to scale paid digital channels (search, social, video), run experiments, optimise campaigns and budgets, translate data into strategic insights, ensure high-quality creative, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow leads and revenue for answering service brands.

Handle inbound customer calls from home: capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, forward messages, and complete onboarding. Work ~40 hours/week with specified weekend availability; use own device meeting system requirements.
