Support escrow closings by coordinating information collection, communicating with customers, handling front-end processing, preparing preliminary Closing Disclosures (in training), reading contracts/commitments, assembling closing documents, and delivering professional, customer-focused service.

Support closing representative by preparing and processing escrow and loan documents, auditing contracts and title items, maintaining files, coordinating signings and funding, issuing checks, and building relationships with agents and lenders to ensure timely, accurate real estate closings.

Provide in-branch, high-touch support to real estate agents and branch leadership: troubleshoot technology and processes, assist onboarding and training on company tools, manage basic social media and marketing tasks, coordinate office logistics, and promote office culture and agent recruitment.
