Coordinate transport job allocations by matching customer jobs with transport providers, negotiating rates, creating multi-job routes, and monitoring delivery schedules. Build strong provider relationships, resolve cancellations and delivery issues, verify proof of delivery, support customers, and meet targets for allocation success, profitability, on-time delivery, partner engagement, and service quality. The role requires strong communication, organization, commercial judgment, Excel skills, and availability for onsite rotational weekend and evening shifts.

Manage France’s transport partner operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, retention, allocation, performance, and issue resolution. Lead a high-performing operations team, manage staffing and coverage, negotiate partner rates, monitor KPIs, improve customer and driver experiences, and support forecasting and capacity planning. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong commercial judgment, French and English fluency, detailed reporting skills, and full-time office presence.

Own and scale AnyVan’s French market growth by defining go-to-market strategy, acquiring customers, improving conversion, and driving revenue. Lead localized customer insight, marketing channels, partnerships, PR, influencer activity, and performance optimization. Collaborate with Product, Pricing, Sales, Operations, and Data Science while managing ambitious growth targets and acting as the market owner.
