Own and execute high-impact global growth projects end-to-end, working cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, pricing and ops. Drive commercial outcomes (revenue, conversion, CAC), analyse data directly, productionise AI-driven solutions with engineers, and rapidly test and scale initiatives to launch new markets, loyalty programs, and SME product improvements.
