Lead and manage the QA team to define and enforce testing standards, develop automation and CI/CD testing strategies, oversee functional, performance, security, and API testing, track QA KPIs, collaborate with engineering on quality improvements, and recruit and mentor QA engineers to improve processes and product quality.
