Lead the ML Fellowship Job Preparation Program: onboard Fellows, improve LinkedIn/resumes/cover letters, run mock interviews and negotiation coaching, deliver 1:1 support until placement, manage job-prep tools, liaise with hiring managers in US/LATAM, report placement metrics, collect feedback, and provide post-placement support.
