Coordinate and deliver R&D and client projects for superconducting quantum processors. Plan, track, and manage multi-team schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables; prepare reports for funders and clients and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration across physics, nanofabrication, software, and cryogenics teams.

Develop error models from experimental calibration data, analyze how control errors affect logical qubit performance, prioritize calibrations from a QEC perspective, collaborate with experimental and AI teams, and support the company's fault-tolerance roadmap.

Design and simulate superconducting qubits, resonators, and couplers; run electromagnetic and circuit-level simulations; optimize for coherence, tunability, and fabrication yield; analyze loss and noise mechanisms; and collaborate closely with fabrication and measurement teams to improve quantum processor performance.
