Own the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, month-end close, manufacturing cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audits, tax compliance, and process improvement. The role manages inventory valuation, standard costing, WIP, COGS, production variances, and multi-entity reporting while partnering with manufacturing, procurement, engineering, operations, the CFO, and leadership. It also supports ERP implementation, government funding documentation, and mentoring accounting staff.

Design and simulate superconducting qubits, resonators, and couplers; run electromagnetic and circuit-level simulations; optimize for coherence, tunability, and fabrication yield; analyze loss and noise mechanisms; and collaborate closely with fabrication and measurement teams to improve quantum processor performance.

Design and optimize pulse-level microwave control and calibration for superconducting qubits, build physics-based qubit models, deploy real-time FPGA-backed control solutions, and collaborate with AI teams to enable closed-loop calibration and robust, drift-resistant gate performance.
