Owns supplier quality for critical mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic suppliers from qualification through production. Responsibilities include supplier audits, quality agreement development and negotiation, non-conformance management, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, supplier development, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Legal, and international suppliers, with on-site supplier travel as required.

Own the physical AI autonomy roadmap for mobile industrial robots, translating commercial and customer needs into technical requirements, priorities, KPIs, and deployment plans. Collaborate closely with perception, navigation, behavior, locomotion, field engineering, and product teams to improve robot reliability, safety, resilience, coverage, and performance. Manage technical risks, define operational design domains, validate outcomes, and convert real-world deployment insights into actionable product backlogs.

Lead ANYbotics’ North American sales strategy, target, and organization across the US and Canada. Hire, coach, and develop the sales team while winning strategic industrial customers and expanding pilot deployments into multi-site, fleet, and enterprise agreements. Own forecasting, pipeline development, account planning, negotiations, and commercial execution. Partner with solution architecture, business value consulting, customer success, and product teams to drive adoption across industrial technology markets.
