Lead the design and deployment of reinforcement learning policies for robot motion, mentor engineers, own infrastructure, and collaborate on autonomous capabilities.

Owns and coordinates the end-to-end commercial deal process, including pricing, quoting, contracting, approvals, purchase orders, order entry, invoicing, and renewals. Partners with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to resolve blockers, improve handoffs, and reduce administrative effort. The role also enhances HubSpot and SAP workflows, standardizes commercial controls, and implements scalable process improvements across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.

Develop Python-based automated tests for robotic hardware subsystems, control sensors and cameras, define pass/fail criteria, and deploy testing workflows on the manufacturing shopfloor. Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, technicians, and hardware teams while documenting procedures and applying software engineering best practices. The six-month, full-time internship is onsite in Zurich.
