Lead an integrated robot platform program from concept through development, industrialization, certification, launch, early-life reliability, and handover. Own program plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, costs, risks, trade-offs, and delivery gates. Coordinate engineering, software, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, certification, service, and commercial teams while influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority. Drive product readiness, make-or-buy decisions, external partner execution, and improvements to the company’s program-management practices.

Lead enterprise sales into Metals & Minerals (Metals, Cement, Pulp & Paper). Hunt and close complex, high-value deals, build territory and account plans, engage stakeholders from plant to C-suite, present ROI-driven proposals, run demos and conferences, and maintain accurate CRM pipeline forecasting.

Six-month full-time onsite internship supporting migration of robotics software from ROS1 to ROS2. Tasks include porting nodes and message/service definitions, adapting communication interfaces, integration and testing in simulation and on robots, and participating in code reviews and debugging alongside the engineering team.
