The Talent Operations Intern will manage candidate interactions, logistics for interviews, data integrity in recruitment tech, and contribute to HR processes in a dynamic environment.

Support rollout of SolidWorks PDM by onboarding CAD and non-CAD documents, cleaning and validating metadata, testing PDM workflows, building migration-ready datasets and folder structures, evaluating Polarion ALM PoC, and creating user support materials to make engineering documentation audit-ready for PLM adoption.

The Manufacturing Engineer will oversee daily operations, provide technical support, maintain equipment, monitor production efficiency, and drive new product introductions.
