Assist with residential electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs while learning on-the-job from experienced electricians. Maintain a safe, organized work environment, support project completion, and participate in paid training aimed at skill development and career growth.

Leads regional marketing teams and multi-brand campaign execution across partner brands. Oversees marketing strategy, KPIs, budgets, reporting, training, standardized playbooks, and partner onboarding before and after acquisitions. Coaches marketing professionals, allocates resources, analyzes performance, resolves execution issues, and provides strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Minimal travel is required for occasional partner-site visits.

Assists insulation technicians with installing fiberglass, spray foam, and cellulose in residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities include preparing tools and work areas, staging materials, operating basic equipment under supervision, maintaining safety and cleanliness, documenting completed work, and communicating with customers and team members. The role requires physical work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas, daily travel to job sites, and compliance with OSHA standards. Prior trade experience is preferred but not required.
