Processes accurate, timely payroll for multiple entities across several states. Verifies timecards, deductions, taxes, bonuses, and employee data; audits payroll records; reconciles discrepancies; completes tax filings and year-end documentation; maintains confidential records; prepares reports; supports employees with payroll inquiries; and collaborates with HR and Finance on compliance, audits, policy updates, and process improvements.

Coordinates residential HVAC and electrical installation projects by managing schedules, timelines, communications, customer preparation, subcontractors, permits, purchase orders, job costs, data entry, payments, and accounts receivable. Ensures project quality and progress while supporting customers, installation crews, and internal teams. Requires strong communication skills and successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.

Oversee branch operations, lead service, sales, installation, and office teams, and ensure efficient scheduling, dispatch, and customer service. Manage budgets, financial performance, revenue growth, and profitability. Coach employees, resolve customer escalations, strengthen customer relationships, and maintain high service quality. The role requires at least five years of management experience, strong financial and sales acumen, and preferably bilingual English-Spanish communication skills and an MBA.
