Teams at Any Hour Group

Develop and execute full marketing plans for 6–8 home service brands across multiple channels. Manage marketing budgets, lead volume targets, vendors, creative teams, campaign performance, and monthly reporting. Partner with general managers, operations managers, and regional vice presidents to align strategy with revenue goals. Analyze results, identify opportunities, recommend improvements, and own marketing outcomes across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical departments.

Assists experienced technicians with trenching, digging, grading, backfilling, and underground utility installation. Prepares tools and materials, learns to operate excavation equipment safely, performs manual labor, and maintains clean, safe job sites. The role requires outdoor fieldwork, physical lifting, daily travel to residential and commercial sites, and compliance with safety procedures.

Supports licensed HVAC installers with heating and air conditioning system installations, replacements, ductwork, and wiring. Prepares tools and work areas; performs measuring, cutting, drilling, and assembly under supervision. Follows blueprints, safety protocols, and building codes, maintains clean job sites, documents work, communicates with customers and coworkers, and participates in training. The role requires physical labor, daily travel to job sites, and occasional evening, weekend, or overtime work.
