Plan, develop, and implement technology solutions; create project artifacts; manage stakeholders, risks, resources, budgets, and reporting; facilitate meetings and steering committees; ensure adherence to client project management framework and PAL stage-gate documentation. Work on-site in Sacramento with occasional approved work-from-home days.

Manage technical delivery for large-scale public-sector IT projects, configuring and implementing cloud solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholders and system interfaces. Provide mainframe expertise: extract SMF data from z/OS, manage JCL, isolate batch job costs for chargeback, and support hierarchical customer invoicing. Coordinate technical communications across stakeholders and support data center, networking, and storage integrations.
