Lead large, complex IT projects for a State client in Sacramento. Apply PM principles across the project lifecycle and SDLC, provide IT consulting, manage implementations and prioritization, maintain PMP certification, and supply required certifications and professional references.

Lead and deliver multiple IT projects using Waterfall and Agile methods. Plan, develop, and implement technology solutions; create project artifacts; manage stakeholders, risks, resources, budgets, and reporting; facilitate meetings and steering committees; ensure adherence to client project management framework and PAL stage-gate documentation. Work on-site in Sacramento with occasional approved work-from-home days.
