The role builds relationships with local Panchayats and government offices while maintaining accurate records and supporting safe, efficient school operations in a rural setting.

Manages grassroots education program delivery, including coordinating Community Managers and Fellows, conducting training and observations, monitoring team and program performance, analyzing data, and documenting outcomes. Builds relationships with schools, local governance, government authorities, and partners; supports impact studies and scaling initiatives. The role requires leadership, coaching, communication, adaptability, frequent field travel, and commitment to educational equity and social-emotional learning.
