Teams at Antora Energy

Leads on-site process and controls engineering at a thermal energy storage plant. Identifies and resolves recurring equipment and performance issues, conducts root cause analyses, coordinates engineering solutions and procurement, supports maintenance and operations teams, improves procedures, and feeds field insights into reliability and product development. Requires strong experience with industrial controls, instrumentation, process engineering, commissioning, plant operations, and formal RCA methods.

Manages day-to-day HR operations, including HRIS, payroll support, benefits, leave, immigration coordination, onboarding, and offboarding. Advises managers on employee relations, performance, organizational change, workforce planning, and team effectiveness. Handles investigations, workers’ compensation, terminations, policy interpretation, and employment-law guidance. Partners across People, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams while supporting people-program rollouts and process improvements.

Own Antora Energy’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, network architecture, application governance, identity and access management, endpoint security, and end-user support. Lead IT planning, budgeting, policies, documentation, compliance, vulnerability management, and external IT partners. Support corporate, factory, project-site, operational technology, and AI environments while transitioning from vendor-supported IT to an internally led function and building scalable processes and a future IT team.
