Manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including intake, tracking, routing, review, redlining, signatures, metadata, and post-signature obligations. Support NDAs, vendor agreements, and supply-chain contracts while clearing backlog and improving workflow visibility. Partner with counsel and business stakeholders to implement and administer the CLM platform, develop templates and intake processes, and use AI-enabled legal tools responsibly.

Lead balance-of-plant engineering and project execution for thermal energy storage projects. Coordinate internal and external engineering resources across design, construction, commissioning, and troubleshooting; review mechanical, structural, and electrical deliverables; manage technical documentation, change control, RFIs, work plans, submittals, and commissioning handoffs. Support procurement through proposal and vendor evaluations, and collaborate on project costs, schedules, risks, and action items. The role requires onsite presence and approximately 25% travel.

Coordinate complex onsite and virtual interviews, administer and configure Greenhouse ATS, maintain recruiting data and documentation, support onboarding and offboarding, track interview training compliance, and implement recruiting process improvements. The role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and People Operations while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, confidentiality, and strong stakeholder experiences.
