Teams at Antora Energy

Design and own high-temperature mechanical systems for thermal energy storage plants, including pressure vessels, piping, heat exchangers, steam equipment, valves, and process components. Perform thermal-mechanical analysis, materials selection, high-temperature sealing evaluation, vendor coordination, code compliance, and lifecycle testing for first-of-a-kind equipment deployed at test and commercial sites.

Develops strategic communications that explain Antora Energy’s technology and value to customers, communities, policymakers, utilities, and grid operators. Creates decks, one-pagers, written content, thought leadership, videos, graphics, executive communications, announcements, and social media. Supports policy and commercial initiatives, manages cross-functional communications projects, and expands AI-assisted content workflows while maintaining accurate source materials.

Own thermal battery hardware programs from design through build, validation, and field deployment. Establish milestones, schedules, dependencies, and recovery plans while coordinating Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Field Operations. Identify risks, manage decisions, maintain program documentation, and communicate progress to leadership. Develop right-sized execution processes and apply AI tools to improve development workflows. The role requires technical fluency, independent judgment, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
