Senior family law litigation attorney responsible for managing complex, high-value cases from inception through resolution. Duties include developing litigation strategy, conducting depositions and trials, arguing motions, negotiating settlements, representing clients in mediation, and serving as first chair in contested proceedings. The attorney will mentor junior lawyers, collaborate with partners and litigation specialists, maintain client relationships, and contribute to department leadership while pursuing a path toward partnership.

Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution or escalation to litigation.
