The role also tracks risks, dependencies, decisions, approvals, and priorities while providing insights into Web3 opportunities.

Own end-to-end product execution from requirements discovery through delivery and post-launch optimization. Manage SDLC planning, scope, milestones, dependencies, testing, releases, and iteration while coordinating business, design, development, QA, DevOps, and leadership teams. Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, revenue potential, and market demand. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, support go-to-market efforts, and drive retention, account expansion, monetization, and product growth.
