Serves as ADL’s Tampa Bay community representative, building relationships with community organizations, volunteers, officials, law enforcement, media, and coalition partners. Promotes programs and events, facilitates workshops, addresses antisemitic incident reports, supports government affairs and advocacy, manages local communications and advisory leadership, tracks regional issues, and helps expand fundraising and supporter engagement. The role is remote but requires significant community presence and occasional work outside business hours.

Manage a portfolio of individual donors capable of giving $10,000–$100,000. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, cultivating relationships, soliciting and closing major gifts, negotiating gift agreements, coordinating fundraising events, maintaining donor records in Salesforce, and stewarding donors through impact reporting and engagement. The role collaborates across development, prospect research, philanthropic services, stewardship, and program teams while representing ADL and advancing its fundraising priorities.

Leads ADL’s public affairs strategy addressing antisemitism across political and civic ecosystems. Builds relationships with officials, advocacy networks, allies, and influencers; leads issue campaigns and municipal engagements; coordinates cross-functional teams; supports rapid responses to political and policy developments; and translates emerging information into actionable advocacy. The role requires political ecosystem expertise, persuasive communication, knowledge of antisemitism and anti-Zionism, campaign or policy experience, and understanding of 501(c)(3) political activity restrictions.
