Provides administrative and project management support to the Development team, including donor acknowledgements, donation processing, Salesforce database maintenance, fundraising reports, prospect research, vendor invoices, donor communications, volunteer committee support, and event coordination. The role also manages stewardship mailings, fundraising websites, tribute journals, event registration, and development projects while supporting donor meetings and fundraising initiatives.

Leads public affairs initiatives addressing antisemitism through advocacy campaigns, political engagement, coalition building, public education, and strategic outreach. The role tracks political, media, and policy developments, converts insights into action, coordinates cross-functional teams, and develops relationships with political and civic stakeholders. It requires strong communication, persuasive writing, public speaking, political ecosystem knowledge, and an understanding of antisemitism, anti-Zionism, and 501(c)(3) political activity restrictions.

Designs engaging K-12 digital learning content for educators, caregivers, and students. Responsibilities include needs assessment, learning objectives, storyboarding, e-learning and multimedia development, SME collaboration, quality assurance, project coordination, and evaluation. The role uses Articulate tools and Canva to create accessible online modules, videos, and interactive assets while monitoring educational technology and AI trends.
