Lead and operate the product launch system for a broad AI product portfolio. Manage launch calendars, plans of record, review workflows, cross-functional alignment, and launch-day execution. Build scalable processes, playbooks, enablement logistics, and retrospectives. When needed, contribute directly to product marketing deliverables and materials. Drive decisions across senior stakeholders and improve adoption of launch operations as a product.

Run and improve the end-to-end model launch operating system: own the launch calendar, plan of record, review workflows, and launch-day execution. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (research, legal, policy, communications, sales), develop scalable processes and playbooks, manage internal enablement resources, and perform retrospectives and communications to drive adoption and reliability across releases.

Lead and build a Growth Engineering team to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention. Define technical growth strategy, implement A/B testing and measurement systems, develop scalable experimentation and personalization infrastructure, and collaborate with product, marketing, and data science to prioritize growth opportunities. Recruit and coach engineers and cultivate an inclusive engineering culture.
