Build and operate large-scale observability infrastructure, including telemetry pipelines, instrumentation libraries, eBPF tracing, continuous profiling, cross-signal correlation, unified query tools, and AI-assisted diagnostics. Improve reliability, efficiency, detection, and incident resolution across massive GPU, TPU, and Trainium infrastructure while partnering with research, inference, product, and infrastructure teams.

Lead Anthropic’s communications strategy across France, Italy, and Spain. Build corporate, product, enterprise, and policy narratives; develop relationships with journalists, creators, influencers, and policymakers; advise executives and prepare spokespeople for media; support go-to-market communications; and establish regional team operations and agency partnerships. The role is based in Paris and requires fluent French and English, extensive communications experience, and strong knowledge of the European AI ecosystem.

Lead Anthropic’s APAC recruiting function across Japan, Korea, Australia, India, Singapore, and emerging markets. Build scalable recruiting operations, manage regional recruiters, develop localized talent strategies, lead senior searches, ensure compliance with local employment and privacy regulations, establish recruiting metrics, and bridge APAC and US leadership across cultures and time zones.
