Teams at Anthropic

Develop and maintain policies addressing AI-enabled deception, inauthentic behavior, covert monitoring, surveillance, profiling, and privacy abuse. Define policy boundaries, write usage guidance, design evaluations, create enforcement training and rubrics, validate complex decisions, and coordinate with engineering, legal, threat intelligence, civil society, privacy experts, and academics. The role translates emerging integrity risks into enforceable policies and safeguards across AI products.

Manage strategic enterprise technology accounts, driving adoption, optimization, change management, and measurable ROI across Anthropic’s Claude products. Build executive relationships, develop account success plans, monitor usage, guide technical implementations, lead enablement programs, and identify expansion opportunities. Customer insights will inform product development, research priorities, and go-to-market strategy.

Lead Anthropic’s external science strategy and programs connecting Claude’s scientific capabilities with researchers. Develop grants, access programs, partnerships, and scientific communications; guide the Anthropic Science Blog; gather researcher feedback; and translate external needs into recommendations for research and product teams. The role requires scientific research credibility, strong writing, grant experience, AI fluency, and the ability to coordinate complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
