Serve as a senior tax advisor and technical resource: advise business and product teams on tax implications of transactions, international expansion, and AI-related tax issues; prepare audit-quality technical memoranda; support tax provision (ASC 740) processes and audit defense; maintain tax research and documentation standards; collaborate with Legal and Finance on cross-functional tax matters.

Lead program management for high-visibility communications campaigns and crisis response. Structure workstreams, timelines, and decision points; run operating rhythms, retrospectives, and playbooks; align cross-functional partners and drive accountability; anticipate and remove operational bottlenecks; and continuously improve communications operating frameworks and rapid-response protocols.

Lead the Cloud Safety engineering team to ensure safe, scalable deployment of Claude across CSPs. Own end-to-end safety (API, inference, classifiers, fraud detection, data management), set technical strategy, collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners, hire and coach engineers, and design operational processes (postmortems, incident response, on-call) to support high-reliability, high-scale LLM serving.
