Responsibilities include hiring and coaching designers, guiding projects from brief through launch, directing visual storytelling, partnering with marketing, engineering, SEO, analytics, growth, brand, and sales teams, managing agencies, and using performance data to improve conversion. The role requires strong web design, art direction, storytelling, stakeholder communication, and team-building skills for complex technical or enterprise products.

Manage Anthropic’s product partnerships with content providers from prospecting and due diligence through negotiation, deal closure, and ongoing relationship management. Build partnership pipelines, structure agreements, develop ROI and cost models, and collaborate with Legal, Product, Engineering, Research, and Finance. Conduct market research, inform product strategy, present partnership performance to executives, and identify opportunities to expand strategic collaborations.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Anthropic’s Go-To-Market teams, partnering with hiring managers to define roles, build sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and close talent. Advise leaders on market conditions, compensation, pipelines, organizational design, and interview processes. Use recruiting data to improve hiring decisions and candidate experience while representing Anthropic’s mission and AI safety principles.
