Lead the buildout and scaling of Anthropic's consulting and AI-native boutique partner ecosystem in Australia and New Zealand. Own partner strategy, KPIs, revenue outcomes, joint GTM, partner training/certification, and region-specific market development while ensuring regulatory/data-sovereignty compliance and long-term customer success.

Create and produce internal stories about Anthropic through video, audio, podcasts, and physical exhibits. Identify narratives, own end-to-end in-house production, move quickly, and collaborate with the Internal Editorial Lead to share culture-defining moments.

As a Privacy Engineer, you will design and implement privacy-preserving systems in AI, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead privacy initiatives across AI infrastructure.
