Execute reproducible molecular biology protocols including cloning, transformations, PCR, protein expression and purification, and assay development. Operate and teleoperate robotic laboratory systems to generate demonstration data for autonomous experimentation. Collaborate with machine learning and robotics teams to identify failures, improve data quality, automate workflows, and expand protocol libraries. The role requires strong bench technique, precision, hand-eye coordination, and comfort with rapidly evolving laboratory technology.
