Own the health, security, and availability of a hybrid infrastructure environment spanning on-premises systems, cloud resources, networks, endpoints, identity, backups, and disaster recovery. Administer Windows and Linux servers, VMware infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint platforms. Provide Tier 3 escalation support, manage service tickets and changes, automate routine tasks, document procedures, participate in maintenance windows, and travel occasionally to remote sites.

Manage property-level cash, forecasting, financial models, partner distributions, funding requests, variance analysis, and investor reporting. Develop and maintain 10-year Excel cash flow models, assess property performance, present quarterly results, and support process improvements and ad hoc analysis. The role requires property accounting experience, strong real estate partnership knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and financial forecasting expertise.

Performs full-cycle accounting for income-producing properties, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, AP/AR review, budgets, cash management, lender financials, audits, recoveries, and acquisition or disposition support. The role uses Yardi Voyager for property accounting and budgeting, coordinates with property and asset management teams, and requires strong accounting, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
