Manage the full lifecycle of client programmatic advertising campaigns, from planning and pre-sales support through execution, optimization, reporting, and wrap-up. Serve as a primary resource for clients, sales, and operations; provide targeting, budget, audience, and creative recommendations; resolve escalations; track campaign status in Salesforce; and identify upsell opportunities. Collaborate with US and India operations teams and train Customer Success colleagues on programmatic best practices.
