Own Bocce’s Bakery end to end, leading brand strategy, annual planning, performance analysis, innovation, commercialization, packaging, marketing activation, consumer insights, sales partnership, budgets, and agency relationships. The role requires cross-functional leadership across Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, R&D, and Quality, combining strategic direction with hands-on execution in a remote-first, entrepreneurial CPG environment.

Own and grow a territory of independent pet retailers across Texas (plus select neighboring accounts). Build relationships, open new accounts, hit sales goals, run product trainings, manage trade spend, use CRM data for territory planning, attend trade shows, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Lead commercial trade and analytics for a growing CPG pet-brand portfolio: deploy Confido TPM, govern trade spend, optimize promotional ROI, integrate customer trade data into financial planning, analyze customer/SKU profitability, maintain pricing/master lists, and provide sales-facing analytics and standardized reporting using consumption and shipment data.
