Designs and delivers governed AI assistants, agents, automations, and workflow integrations using Microsoft and enterprise AI platforms. Partners with business stakeholders to identify needs, modernize manual processes, integrate systems through scripting and APIs, and ensure security, documentation, supportability, and measurable adoption. Coaches business teams on AI and productivity tools, evaluates emerging technologies, prepares governance materials, and independently delivers small-to-medium solutions while escalating higher-risk initiatives.

Designs and develops accessible, scalable user experiences for enterprise applications. Responsibilities span user research, workflow analysis, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, front-end implementation, design system leadership, accessibility, and Agile collaboration. The role partners with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineers to improve complex business workflows and deliver production-ready interfaces, including AI-enabled experiences.

Performs daily, monthly, quarterly, and periodic reconciliations of cash, positions, and accrued income across portfolios and systems. Investigates discrepancies, identifies root causes, coordinates resolution with internal and external stakeholders, and delivers accurate tie-outs and sign-offs. Provides training, supports reconciliation tools and automation, and improves transaction-processing workflows. The role requires financial institution and loan operations experience, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
