Support marketing activities across communications, events, integrated marketing, thought leadership, and the CMO. Produce and maintain marketing materials, assist campaign execution and logistics, manage internal/external messaging, support data tracking and reporting (30-40% focus on digital engagement), and help track budgets and vendor coordination.

Support and execute integrated digital and channel marketing campaigns (email, website, investor platforms); develop digital-first sales enablement; use CRM and marketing automation to deploy campaigns, manage workflows, and track performance; collaborate with internal teams and external agencies; capture stakeholder feedback and optimize for investor and wealth distribution outcomes; apply generative AI tools to support execution; manage project timelines.

Lead and own enterprise infrastructure operations across cloud-hosted servers, endpoints, identity, and network domains. Drive patching, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, incident response, vendor/managed-service coordination, disaster recovery, and operational governance while managing onshore/offshore teams and improving reliability, compliance, and operational maturity.
