Supports equity transaction booking, post-trade activities, valuations, cash distributions, financial reporting, portfolio reconciliations, and expense allocations. The role collaborates with Asset Management, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Credit Underwriting teams, prepares equity portfolio reporting, reviews complex transactions and legal documents, and assists with project-based assignments.

Oversee fund accounting activities, including reviewing administrator records, preparing shadow books, reconciling accounts, monitoring NAV production, supporting fund launches, researching investment accounting treatment, preparing reports and audit schedules, and coordinating with administrators, auditors, tax, legal, asset management, and investor relations teams.

Oversee deal closing end-to-end and ensure timely, accurate settlement of trades. Maintain workflows and trackers, prepare funding backup for approval, verify documentation compliance, escalate and resolve complex issues, collaborate with offshore service providers and cross-functional teams, and manage records and post-close assignments.
