Owns the technical and analytical infrastructure supporting marketing growth. Responsibilities include Webflow development, JavaScript and HTML customization, Google Tag Manager implementation, HubSpot integrations, lead-capture forms, SQL/Python/Databricks data pipelines, conversion-rate optimization, A/B testing, multi-touch attribution, and executive-ready marketing and sales performance insights. The role is fully remote and partners directly with commercial leadership on pipeline analysis, budget allocation, and incentive management.

Partner with the Controller to execute month-end and year-end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, manage accounts payable and payroll workflows, support regulatory reporting and vendor/employee inquiries, and contribute to financial analysis and special projects to ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting.

Design and document scalable, secure system architectures; evaluate tools and technologies; create architecture blueprints and diagrams; provide technical leadership across product and engineering teams.
