Lead end-to-end rapid UX research (1-2 week sprints) for a global client in APAC, moderating studies, analyzing findings, delivering reports and stakeholder readouts, supporting Japanese-language research and localization, partnering with recruiting and managing multiple concurrent studies while contributing to program improvements.
