Lead rapid UX research studies end-to-end, including methodology planning, participant sessions, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder presentations. Conduct interviews, unmoderated studies, heuristic evaluations, literature reviews, and competitive analyses. Partner with clients and recruiting teams, manage concurrent projects, support Hindi-language research and localization, and contribute to research processes and custom studies.

Lead translation of research and strategy into experience concepts, prototypes, journey maps, and service blueprints. Develop client-ready design deliverables, run workshops, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to tools and practice development.
