Designs, builds, tests, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots automation workflows integrating enterprise systems. Combines AI agents with RPA and low-code/no-code platforms, translates business opportunities into shipped solutions, collaborates with architects and developers, and works with stakeholders to clarify requirements. Contributes to the automation backlog while following AI governance and security standards.

Leads the discovery, architecture, governance, and deployment of enterprise AI and automation workflows. Manages and mentors AI and automation developers, establishes engineering standards, designs integrations across AI agents, automation platforms, and enterprise systems, and translates business priorities into scalable technical solutions. Also contributes to vendor evaluation, reusable component standards, platform governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Handles customer inquiries through calls, chats, and emails; provides information, resolves routine issues, documents interactions, follows scripts and procedures, meets service metrics, and collaborates with internal teams. Requires strong English communication, empathy, active listening, problem-solving, call center technology proficiency, reliability, and schedule flexibility. A high school diploma or equivalent and customer support experience are required.
