Ownership of end-to-end product quality for web and mobile telehealth products: run E2E tests, own release process, triage and manage bugs, develop risk-based test plans for sensitive workflows, perform Android device testing, and build/maintain automated tests to increase coverage.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional clinical, operational, and technical programs end-to-end. Define scope, plans, budgets, risk and change management; monitor progress and report to leadership; facilitate stakeholder alignment, workshops, and continuous process improvements to scale operations.

Lead strategy and execution for patient engagement and retention across the full lifecycle. Use analytics, behavioral science, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce churn, increase adherence, run experiments, and quantify retention impact. Build and manage an engagement team and report results to executive leadership.
