Oversee cross-functional clinical, operational, and technology programs from planning through delivery. Manage patient onboarding, communications, referrals, scheduling, medical records, and EMR data. Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, coordinate with clinical and technical teams, document meetings, and maintain accurate care information. The role requires handling 75–100 daily interactions while meeting performance goals and supporting efficient, patient-centered healthcare delivery.
