Leads a 75-person technical operations organization spanning warehousing, equipment, technicians, engineering, and logistics. Owns operating plans, budgets, KPIs, safety, process improvement, equipment lifecycle management, inventory, maintenance, vendor relationships, routing, and delivery performance. Manages leaders, develops staffing and training programs, scales operational processes, and partners with executive leadership on strategy, technology, risk, and compliance.

Designs scenic environments, trade show displays, and event sets for corporate events. Translates client objectives into creative, feasible 3D solutions while integrating lighting, audio, video, staging, and rigging requirements. Develops drawings, sketches, and digital models; considers materials, budgets, venue constraints, and existing inventory; presents concepts to clients and executives; collaborates with creative, sales, production, and technical teams; and supports onsite event execution and multiple concurrent projects.

Own the full sales cycle for complex professional audio, video, lighting, and rigging systems integration projects. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying opportunities, conducting client discovery, shaping scope with Sales Design Engineers, developing proposals and pricing, protecting margins, presenting to stakeholders, responding to RFPs, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring clean handoffs to project teams.
