Provide technical support and training for live sound products; engage partners and dealers; deliver on-site event setup, configuration, operation, and post-show reporting; assess sites, create installation designs, bills of quantity, and proposals aligned with budgets and timelines.

Maintain accurate Zoho CRM data, support sales pipeline and quotation preparation, generate reports/dashboards, coordinate cross-functional inputs, track accounts receivable and collections, and manage multiple opportunities with strong attention to detail.
